What our clients are saying…
Our Philosophy To Wellness
Our philosophy to healthcare is a little different than what you might find if you go to a traditional physician's office. When you visit a traditional medical office you probably visit when you are ill, or maybe if you have an infection. A doctor might prescribe antibiotics to treat the immediate symptoms. In that scenario, the root cause of the infection is never addressed, which may explain why you end up having chronic infections.
At Issaquah Family Chiropractic, we strive to understand the root causes of maladies. We believe that these issues can be prevented with the right strategies. We promote a vitality view of health. To us, it is not enough to be symptom-free. We strive to help every patient achieve optimal wellness and vitality.
We address the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. We believe that the brain and body are connected. Our interventions are designed to address global functioning rather than an isolated symptom. Here are some of the pillars of our approach.
What to Expect
Step 1: Treat THE Root Cause
We believe in finding the root cause of a disease, not just treating isolated symptoms. We believe that everyone has the potential to achieve wellness. However, for that to happen, we need to figure out what the root cause of the problem is.
Step 2: Use Evidence-Based Treatments
We use evidence-based treatments that are rooted in the latest research. We believe in an integrated, science-based approach. We utilize the latest diagnostic testing to develop a treatment plan that is personalized for you.
We don’t prescribe one specific treatment. Instead, we will help you achieve optimal wellness with a combination of interventions. These are designed to work together to improve your overall functioning.
Step 3: Restore Optimal Health
If you are in a disease state we want to help you restore the quality of your life and move towards optimal health. We do that by using a variety of health and wellness interventions, including:
Systems are Connected
We offer a variety of modalities because we believe that there is an interplay between the various systems of the human body. The nervous system, biochemistry, brain, and other systems are all connected. For example, we believe that the gut influences the brain. Using a variety of treatments allows us to treat the entire body.
