Adam Babcox

AdamAdam Babcox and wife Dr. Carrie Babcox took over Issaquah Family Chiropractic in June of 2004. He is the office Director and an insurance specialist. He loves helping to make your visit as enjoyable as possible by directing the overall feel of the office and seeing to your insurance needs. Adam is very excited about the current team of providers and feels that IFC is now better equipped than ever to fulfill your chiropractic and massage needs. When not at the office or parenting their son Remi, Adam enjoys spending time with Carrie listening to music, going to concerts and playing games of all kinds.

 Arielle Blume, LMP

Arielle joined the Issaquah Family Chiropractic team in November 2011. A local Seattle native raised in West Seattle; she joined our office after a year of following her dream as a professional ballroom instructor. While she does still dance, she has shifted her focus to helping people realize their full movement potential. She attended Lake Washington Technical and graduated from their massage program in December of 2013. She utilizes a blend of massage techniques with light to moderate pressure and focuses on working with the body to promote relaxation and decreased muscular tension. She firmly believes that a therapeutic massage can also be very relaxing as well as soothing. She is actively learning how to combine aroma therapy into her massage practice. When not massaging, Arielle enjoys dancing, hiking, and taking her horse Titan on long trail rides in the mountains.

Maryn Spangler, LMP

Maryn has been with Issaquah Family Chiropractic since September 2016. She was born and raised here in Issaquah, and started her massage career in 2015. Maryn studied massage at Bellevue Massage School and Cranio Sacral Therapy at Bastyr. She has learned the benefits of both and enjoys how they interact together. Much of her philosophy of massage stems from Cranio Sacral. She believes deeply in the body’s ability to heal itself. She views her role as practitioner is simply to guide the body’s attention to where there are restrictions letting the body resolve them and return to functional and freedom of movement. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, crocheting, and spending lots of time with her family.

Anita Adair, LMP

Anita received her massage therapy certification from Renton Technical College in 2003. She believes massage is not only a wonderful way to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal, but is also a powerful way to reduce the pain and facilitate an individual’s enjoyment of life. She holds a certification in Myoskeletal therapy from Freedom From Pain Institute and has completed continuing education classes in reflexology, muscle energy, soft tissue mobilization. She currently lives in Renton with her husband and 2 sons. In her spare time she enjoys camping, reading and traveling.

Annu has been with Issaquah Family Chiropractic since August 2010. She started in the office as a part time Doctor’s assistant and has worked her way up to Office Manager. She is an insurance specialist and handles most of your insurance and billing needs. She was born and raised in Kent, WA. In June 2011, she graduated from the University of Washington with her bachelors in Society, Ethics and Human Behavior. Annu has found her experience at Issaquah Family Chiropractic to be very educational and fun. In her free time, Annu loves to hang out with her family and friends, travel and exercise.


Renata was born in Poland where she completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy, specializing in postural corrective exercises. She came to the United States 15 years ago and continued her profession working with patients to help strengthen and stabilize their condition to get back to their daily activities. After joining the IFC Team, she has been working closely with the doctors to utilize her skills by developing customized exercise programs for our patient’s specific needs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and friends. She is also passionate about being outdoors and taking on the PNW outdoor activities such as skiing, biking, hiking and swimming.


Bhavya has been with Issaquah Family Chiropractic since July 2015. Born in India and an Issaquah local, he is a student at the University of Washington. pursuing a bachelors in Microbiology with a minor in Medical Anthropology. He hopes to apply his experiences at Issaquah Family Chiropractic to pursue a career in medicine and is applying to medical school in the summer of 2016.


Kayla has been with Issaquah Family Chiropractic since October 2015. She has a strong love for the outdoors– all thanks to growing up here in the beautiful northwest. She spends her spare time snowboarding, camping, hiking, with her loving family and by being an awesome dog mom. She admires what chiropractic does for people and is constantly amazed by how tremendously it helps them with their day to day lives. Her favorite part about our office is the atmosphere and how unbelievably caring and heart warming everyone is!


Darci was born and raised in the area, she graduated from Mount Si High School in Snoqualmie and then moved onto studying Fitness and Nutrition. She enjoys learning the many benefits of Chiropractic care and how it can better your everyday life. Darci enjoys hiking, camping, spending time with her friends and family. She loves all things related to fitness and nutrition. She spends a lot of her weekends in Lake Chelan where her parents live. She’s thankful to be a part of such a warm and friendly staff here at Issaquah Family Chiropractic!


A recent transplant to the PNW, Chris was born in Belgium to military parents and traveled extensively. She is looking forward to putting down roots in the Issaquah area. What she loves best about Issaquah Family Chiropractic is the whole body approach to healthcare. Making the body stronger from the inside out using nutrition and exercise and chiropractic care. She enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring the area with her fur baby.


Ashley has been with Issaquah Family Chiropractic since May 2016. She was born in Sacramento, California and has grown up in the Pacific Northwest since an early age. She and her husband Dale recently moved to Issaquah, WA after getting married in October 2015 in Salem, OR. Ashley also works part time from home for Corban University, through which she takes online courses. In June 2018, she will graduate with a B.A. in Business: Marketing. In the past, she has worked for a hospital-based physical therapy clinic and now enjoys seeing the chiropractic side of rehabilitation and wellness. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys sewing, gardening, watching her hummingbirds, and spending time with family.
