Updates and Temporary Office Hours

To Our Patients,

Over the past couple of days we have received many questions about whether or not we are open and whether it’s allowed for patients to leave their homes to attend visits. The answer to both questions is yes. We are open as an essential service provider and if you leave your house to conduct essential business you’re allowed to.

In effort to limit the spread of the virus and to ensure compliance with Gov. Inslee’s order, we are limiting visits to those which are deemed medically necessary. As long as you have a referral for massage or are on an active treatment plan with one of our doctors of chiropractic, you can come in for either or both of those services.

We are accepting new patients and update appointments for patients that require medical attention. That means, if you injure yourself in some way or are experiencing chronic pain you can still come in for an appointment. Please contact our office if you have any questions about whether or not you can come in for a visit. Your health is why we’re here.

As a reminder, our office has adopted new hours to help us deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. The new hours are attached to the bottom of this email for your convenience.

Our COVID-19 Response Update:

We are not aware of any active cases of coronavirus among staff, their families or the patients of Issaquah Family Chiropractic. Please help us to flatten the curve, and to stay healthy and resilient by following these guidelines when entering our office.

· We are limiting our business occupancy to a maximum 12 people at a time, including staff. Please keep that in mind if you and family members are scheduled for services at the same time. It may be necessary for some of you to stay in your car while other family members enter the building for their service.

· Please adhere to the 6′ social distancing guidelines.

· We are asking all patients not to congregate at the front desk. If another patient is occupying the front desk, please exit the building and conduct the remainder of your business via phone.

· All patients are being pre-screened before their appointment.

· If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait in the car until your appointment time.

· Please come to your appointment unaccompanied. If you must have an attendant for medical reasons, please let us know.

· Please monitor your health and the health of your family closely. If you or family members show any signs of the symptoms associated with the novel coronavirus or if fever is present, please contact our office before arriving for a scheduled appointment. If you are experiencing shortness of breath or otherwise suspect you might have novel coronavirus, please call your General Practitioner and ask for directions. In addition, the Washington State DOH has established a call center to address questions from the public. If you have questions about what is happening in Washington state, how the virus is spread, and what to do if you have symptoms, please call 1-800-525-0127 and press #. This will connect you immediately to an actual person that can offer assistance.
