Keep A Good Posture!

Posture is an important part of our everyday lives. With today’s technology like cell phones, TV, and computers it can be tough to keep good posture. Good posture means your bones are properly aligned and your muscles, joints and ligaments can work as nature intended. It means your vital organs are in the right position and can function at peak efficiency! Over the years poor posture can lead to different symptoms. Some of these symptoms can include fatigue, tight achy muscles in the neck, back, arms and legs, joint stiffness and pain. Some tips to avoid poor posture are to be conscious of where you work, keep your weight down, buy good bedding and to just straighten up and stay healthy! Try to consciously think about your posture at all times- when sitting, using a computer, sitting in the car, while sleeping, lifting and bending. Paying attention to your posture while doing these activities in your daily life can be the key to keeping good posture!
