Do You Have Neck Pain?

Are you experiencing constant neck pain? Headaches? Migraines? Combination of chiropractic and massage can help improve your pain. It’s important to keep your cervical spine aligned. Our neck carries many nerves to our brain. If we aren’t aligned properly, we experience pain. Chiropractors examine your body to adjust appropriate subluxations to properly align your body. With the right combination (if recommended) of chiropractic and massage, you can keep your body pain free. *According to WebMD, massage therapy is beneficial if performed correctly for the right amount of length. The recommended treatment for massage for neck pain is “one-hour sessions two or three times a week…” (para 2, WebMD). Don’t wait until you’re in pain! Take preventative action and take care of your body. Treat your body well and routinely get a massage with and adjustment!
